The piece itself is gorgeous and I'm happy about that. However, It took 3 whole weeks from the time of order to the time of delivery. Communication only happened when I asked, twice, about what was happening. Plus, admittingly it was a heavy package (28lbs), the box it came in was literally 'ripping at the seams', I'm lucky the piece didn't fall out and break
