Sea of Diamonds 7-day return policy is our way to give you ample of time to consider your purchase. Our return policy is simple. If you find that your purchase does not meet or exceed your expectations, we will be happy to provide you with a full credit or exchange on any product (custom orders excluded) within 7 days of shipping, provided that your return meets the criteria listed in our Conditions of Return.
Condition of Return
Packages are required to have a return authorization number to be accepted. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-888-SEA-8818 in order to obtain an authorization number prior to shipping.
- Items must be returned in the same new condition (with security tag intact), along with any accompanying paperwork such as diamond grading certificates. The return must be received within 7 days of shipment. Items returned after 10 days will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
- Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or engraving (by a jeweler other than Sea of Diamonds), or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return.
- Custom orders requiring special sizes or engraving cannot be accepted for return (refund, exchange or repair).
- Poorly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted for return.
- Removal of the Sea of Diamonds security tag invalidates the privileges
expressed in our Return & Exchange policy.
We guarantee that all products received from Sea Of Diamonds are brand new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been worn or used by anyone, and is in mint condition. Removal of the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange privileges.
To Return a Product
-Call our customer service representative at 1-888-SEA-8818 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
-Securely package your return along with all packing material, appraisal and diamond certificate.
-For your security, please return your item with an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, US Parcel Post) and retain a receipt for your records. Sea of Diamonds cannot refund or credit your account if returns are lost or damaged.

Once the package has been received and accepted (see Conditions of Return), we will refund your account in 5-7 days. Sea of Diamonds does not reimburse return shipping. Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment received.
