Shipping

Normal processing time is 1 business day for most items. Jukeboxes may take up to 2 business days. If an order will be delayed by more than 2 days, we will contact you immediately.

We charge ACTUAL UPS RATES. We do not mark up shipping and there are no handling charges included in our shipping rates. Please keep in mind most of these items are large and can weigh 20 pounds or more, so the shipping rates may be a little higher than you expected. The overall average is around $25.

TRACKING: With every order you will receive a shipping notification email which includes a link to track your order.

You should expect to receive your item within 7-10 business days of placing the order. Transit times varying depending on your location. Email us your zip code if you have specific questions regarding shipping time.
