Warranty and Returns

Your time and business is important to us. We have attempted to make our returns policy as simple as possible.

Non-Defective Items: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, contact us at retronebargains (@) gmail.com with your reason for return and we will process a refund. Your only responsibility will be return shipping of the item. Please remember, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Items: While we never expect there to be a problem, there are occasions when shipping can be a little tough on these larger electronics. If your Crosley product arrives in non-working condition or fails within 14 days of receipt, please contact us immediately through eBay so that we may correct the problem. We will either make it right, or ship you another at no charge!
