ITEM CONDITION

Patterns and Books: Due to the nature of my business I often have multiple copies of patterns and books.  If these items are used they will be varied in their conditon.  Simply put, they may have stickers, notations, previous owner names written on them, some fading or creasing.  These items will always be in legible, useable conditon. 

New items are always listed separately.

Vintage patterns are also listed individually based on the collectibility and therefore will have specific conditions listed. 

Books will be listed separately if there is significant differences, ie: the dustjacket is missing.  If you have questions regarding the condition please email me and I will be very happy to answer your questions.

Videos: I only sell NTSC, North American playable videos.  These are listed in multiples based on the New or previously viewed, covers and title, ie: anniversary editions will be together but if there are two videos with the same title but one is an anniversary edition they will be listed separately. 

Videos released in cardboard covers are listed separately from those released in clamshell covers. 

New videos are always listed separately from previously viewed.

SHIPPING COSTS

All multiple items listed DO NOT HAVE multiple shipping totals listed as the shipping is too complicated to ascertain for individual items at the time of listing.  I will always combine items for maximum savings on shipping costs but this will be determined at the time of purchase or you can email me with the total number you wish to purchase and I will be happy to quote the cost BEFORE YOU BUY. 

Combined shipping is applicable to ALL items and not just for the multiple items in one category.

Canada Post is not very consistent with pricing and you will note that there are costs for some items that are higher in Canada than to the US and in some instances Internationally!  This is as equally frustrating for me as a seller as it is for you the buyer but I do ask that if you have a complaint on the costs that you direct them to Canada Post - every complaint helps!

Due to the inconsistency in Canada Post pricing there is also a difference in way an item is shipped which may affect the way you receive your items.  If items can be shipped together I do, but if they are cheaper to ship via lettermail in 2 envelopes rather than 1 parcel I will do that in order to save you money.  Envelopes and/or parcels will be marked 1 of 2, 1 of 3, etc.   

PICTURES

Every item I list has a picture available but sometimes due to technical problems a picture may not show on the listing.  Please do email me, send me your email address and I will be very happy to supply one.  If you use the ebay email "ask seller a question" option I cannot send a photo back to you directly but I will update the listing to show it.  Most times a photo can be sent to your email address which will be much clearer than what you see on the listing.

FEEDBACK

When you receive your item simply leave your feedback and I always follow up by leaving mine.  My fb is not automated so sometimes it takes me a few days to catch up but I ALWAYS leave feedback.  Obviously if there is a problem please email me first and let's work out any issues.

As a final note...

While the business is computer generated, the operators are human.  We can and do all make mistakes but it is how we handle the situations that makes us better people.  Please email questions anytime you need answers, I want you to be comfortable and delighted with your purchase,
