Returns and Exchanges
We do accept returns on all
unworn new items within 3 days of receipt of the product. Please email us to
inform us of the exchange so we can work with you on having the item you
want to exchange for when we receive your item back. When sending your item
back please make sure the item is in some type of protective mailer or box.
Failure in following the return instructions will result in a $10 service
charge. Once the item arrives we will process your return for the full
purchase price less the original shipping cost of your item. If you have a problem with your shipment please contact us
immediately so we can resolve the situation. We are here to help and provide
your with the best possible service.
For exchanges the customer is still responsible for shipping the item back
to us, and paying the additional shipping for us to send the replacement.
Will taxes/duties be charged upon
delivery?
Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay. For
an estimate of these charges, we suggest you contact your local customs
office or government.
Can we mark the item as a gift or sample?
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or
sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing
we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery.
Does the item come in the original box?
All items come in the original box unless noted in the auction.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed from USPS.Com with a tracking number when your item
ships from our warehouse.
