We inspect and document every item that goes out of our store. However, If you feel that there has been an error on our behalf, PLEASE contact us immediately so we may address the issue accordingly.

Combine purchase’s to receive 50% off shipping for each additional eligible item that you buy from Secret Treasure World. All eligible purchase’s must be paid with a single payment. We are unable to add items once an order has been processed.
When can I expect to receive my order? Items are shipped within 72 hrs from the receipt of full payment. You will receive shipping confirmation via email. Average delivery time for U.S. Customers is 2 to 5 business days and 6 to 10 business days to Canada (up to 4 weeks if held up in customs) .
Insurance is optional on orders shipped within the USA and is recommended to protect your shipment from theft, loss or damage. Insurance is required on international orders. We are not responsible for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, customs charges or agreements reached between the buyer and shipping carrier to forgo the provision of a signature on delivery.
In short, once shipping carrier has accepted your item(s) for shipment, we can no longer be held responsible for the safe and timely arrival of you items.
Damages and Lost Shipment
If your shipment has not arrived or your item was damaged in shipment. Please contact us and we will advise on tracking numbers and filing a claim on the shipping insurance that you purchased
