Merchandise Return Policies: All returns require an RMA # from our customer service dept at 866/537-6900 PRIOR to returning a product. Cust Serv will advise you of the address of the particular warehouse that can receive returns. Within 10 days of purchase date, we will exchange it for another item or refund your money (less shipping fees).
Exceptions: Please note: Personal care appliances and skin care related products cannot be returned due to State of Indiana Dept of Health Rules and Regulations. Secrets Shared Inc is only an authorized distributor of products and does not extend any product warranties or guarantees, nor does it get involved with product repairs. All such issues on products must be handled directly with the mfr of the products. The mfr contact information is contained on either the product or the product box. Customer is responsible for ship fees in getting a return back to us through an insured carrier. Any loss in transit by a carrier is the responsibility of the customer. Secrets Shared bears no responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.
A 25% restock fee applies. No returns after 10 days from purchase date. All returns must be "unused" and "in their original box with all the orig packing". ** We do NOT accept returns of used/damaged merchandise or merchandise in damaged boxes. No returns on health supplements or food products due to state health codes.
Additional Store Info: Defective Merchandise: Within 10 days from purchase date, we will replace an item if defective. A RMA # must first be obtained from our cust serv dept (toll free: 866/537-6900) before any mdse is returned. We will then give you a return address to send the mdse to. We recommend that customers use an insured carrier for the return and retain the carrier's receipt as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit by a carrier.
