Track your Seismic Audio eBay Purchase on Twitter

• You can now track your eBay item purchased through Seismic Audio using Twitter's Direct Message service.

• View the shipping process of your package directly in your Direct Messages on Twitter.

• When new information is available about your package, Twitter will send you email update alerts.

• Enable your mobile phone on Twitter and you will also receive Text alerts containing new information about your package.

• Use our "Tweet My Track" service anytime you purchase an item on eBay from Seismic Audio.

Very Simple to Use

1. Login with your existing Twitter account or Sign Up for a new Twitter account at www.twitter.com.
   
    

2. Once you have signed into your Twitter account, go to www.twitter.com/seismicaudio and click Follow. 
   
    

3. Click Home at the top of the page and then Click on Direct Messages.
   
    

4. In order for you to start receiving updates about your package, you would need to send us a Direct Message (DM).  Click on the down arrow and select seismicaudio.  Type in track youreBayid - Replace youreBayid with your actual eBay user id name.  This must be typed in the exact same way you have it registered with eBay.  Then click send.
   
   
   If you are following a lot of people, Twitter may not place all the names you follow in the drop down box.  If you do not see seismicaudio as an option to select, simply type in d seismicaudio and press enter.  This will populate seismicaudio in the Direct Message field.
   
   
   From here, just follow the same directions above and type in track youreBayid - Replace youreBayid with your actual eBay user id name.
   
   When asking for tracking information through Twitter DM, always be sure to type TRACK first, space, and then Your eBay ID.  For example, if your eBay id name is example123, you would type:
   Track example123
    

5. You will soon start receiving direct messages that your package is being tracked via Twitter.  Anytime your package is scanned, you will receive an update.  Your last DM will be a delivery confirmation message letting you know the package has been delivered.
