 Q: What is the condition of this item?
  A: It is NEW from our garment. It is quality made by TIYADA brand. Every item will pass QC (Quality Control) check before shipping out.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All items will be sold “AS IS”. No returns or exchange unless an item was grossly misrepresented by myself. Important Note: •We will accept a return as long as you ship it back to us within 7 days. •We will give you FULL REFUND once we have received the item back. •Shipping & handling fee are not refundable.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, we do. Item with the highest shipping fee will be charged as first item, then add $8.99 per each additonal long dress/Jumpsuits, or add $5.99 per each mini dress/top/blouse. Please ask me for an invoice before check out.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Delivery time is estimately 1-4 weeks.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Depends on the item's weight. S/H charge will be listed in the item page.
 Q: How can I trace my parcel if I am in USA?
  A: You can use USPS.COM for track and trace your package. however the parcel can't be traced until it is delivered to you eventhough you have a tracking number. USPS website will only show result as when it is delivered, or when a notice left for pick up package, or when it is returned to sender because it is unclaimed. Don't PANIC if no result shows.
 Q: How can I trace my parcel if I am in Canada?
  A: You can trace your package from canadapost.com but the result will show when your package arrived in canada. At least you will see from when it is arrived in your country and from there you will expect a few days to receive your package.
 Q: Can I get my money back if I haven't received my item?
  A: I am sorry. I do not have any policy to refund your money when you haven't received your item. I use registered airmail so every item will arrive you for sure. None of them ever lost! There is no reason that you will not receive your package.
 Q: What could be the reasons that I do not receive my package?
  A: The only few reasons that you not receive your item are; - You are not home when it is arrived and there is a notice left for you to pick it up but you never pick it up or you never received a notification to pick up. - You provided the wrong address to me or your have moved or just moved but forget to change your address in your paypal account.
 Q: My package is returned to you, can I get my money back?
  A: Believe it or not. All returned package is UNCLAIMED! This is beyond our responsibility. We ship them to the address given by you. I print shipping label from the website so the address can't be wrong unless you gave me the wrong address.
 Q: What do I have to do next when my item is returned to you?
  A: If a package is returned to us we'll inform the buyer that the package has been returned. The buyer must then submit payment for re-postage and packing. On receipt of payment we will re-send the package. If there's no response within 30 days we will re-auction the item. Under no circumstances will we make a credit against the origin purchase.
 Q: My Package is stuck in Customs. What do I do?
  A: We are not responsible for any taxes payable to your Customs and excise dept. We take no responsibility for any delays as a result of your shipment being held by your Customs and excise. In such a case contact your Customs department to find out what you need to do.
