Here are most frequently asked questions that you need to know.
1. Shipping Duration:
Shipping from Thailand to USA./Canada takes 2-4 weeks while shipping to Europe takes 1-4 weeks. Based on Registered Air Mail (Standard shipping Fee)
This information is not a guarantee of a shipping time but is given a basis to understand the average shipping times from Thailand to your Country. We have had exceptions that take a week or so longer but this is very rare.
We ship goods
within 48 hours of receiving payment from you.
2. Shipping Method and Cost of Shipping:
We ship via registered airmail by Royal Airmail from Thailand. Every item will have its tracking number.
We do not make money on the shipping charge. While the cost is never exact we try to base our listed shipping charge on the known cost based on weight per shipment. One important thing to remember is that your shipment is being sent from Thailand. Therefore you can not compare the shipping charge for a similar item in your own country. Please look at the map above for reference.
3. How can I trace my parcel?
If you are a customer in USA please
read this section VERY carefully as it does effect you.
You can use
to track and trace your package.
Please follow the following stages of Delivery and Tracking:
Please note that from the time we send your package to the time it
arrives at your local post office you will not be able to track your package.
It will state "THERE IS NO RECORD OF THIS PACKAGE" This is not a fault but part of the system that is used for international
registered mail between Thailand and the USA.
Go to Stage 2.
When your package arrives at your own local post
office the status will show as "ARRIVAL AT UNIT". The next step for the
post office is to have the post man deliver the package to your house.
Go to Stage 3.
If when the postman comes to your house there is
nobody there to sign for the package the status will change to "NOTICE LEFT".
The notice will advice you what do in this case. Alternatively if you see
this notice as below you can contact your post office to check with them.
Go to Stage 4.
When the item is delivered the status will change
to "DELIVERED" and it will quote the time, date and address to which the package
If you have not received your package yet and you
still can't see any status in the United States Postal Service website as show
above, DO NOT PANIC. We have not had
one single shipment lost in the post since we started with eBay more than four
years ago. If in doubt please write to us to discuss your concern.
If you are a customer in
Canada you can trace your package from www.canadapost.com but the result will show when your package arrived in canada. At least you will see from when it is arrived in your country and from there you will expect a few days to receive your package.
4. Can I get my money back if I haven't received my item?
I am sorry. I do not have any policy to refund your money when you haven't received your item. I use registered airmail so every item will arrive you for sure. None of them ever lost! There is no reason that you will not receive your package.
The only few reasons that you not receive your item are;
- You are not home when it is arrived and there is a notice left for you to pick it up but you do not pick it up or you do get the note to pick up your package.
- You provided the wrong address to me or your have moved or just moved but forget to change your address in your paypal account.
5. My package is returned to you, can I get my money back?
I am so so sorry! I have so many returned package WEEKLY! Believe it or not. Every package returned to me is UNCLAIMED! This is not my problem. I ship them to the address given by you. I print shipping label from the website so the address can't be wrong unless you gave me the wrong address.
WE WILL TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THESE CASES:
Sensible Choice will not be held responsible for packages being returned in either of the cases mentioned above, . If a package is returned to us we will inform the buyer by email that the package has been returned. The buyer must then submit payment for re-postage and packing. On receipt of payment we will re-send the package.
If there is no receipt of payment for re-postage within 30 days we will re-auction the item. Under no circumstances will we make a credit against the original purchase.

6. CUSTOMS DUTY TAXES (VERY IMPORTANT. MUST READ)
Most items normally clear your customs without having to pay any import duty taxes. However, on occasion your customs and excise may hold a shipment and charge you duty. It is important to note that any duty tax or any other local taxes levied on your shipment are payable by you the buyer. We, the seller take absolutely NO responsibility for such duty taxes.
Also note that any delay in shipment as a result of your goods being held in Customs is not the responsibility of the seller. All responsibility in such delays is borne by you the buyer. This applies to all methods of shipment including air mail and courier (DHL / FED EX / UPS etc...)
