I would like to change the delivery address on my order - is this possible?
In accordance with eBay and PayPal seller protection policies, unfortunately all items must be sent to the name & address attached to the eBay account. This is to ensure the protection of you and ourselves under eBay's policy of Ebuyer pay protection scheme. We thank you for your understanding in regards to this.
I require a VAT receipt for my purchase, can you supply me with this?
All of our items come with a VAT receipt, it is stuck to the front of the delivery package in a documents enclosed wallet.

Just purchase just 2 of the same colour and the 3rd roll will be sent out automatically by our dedicated staff.
I have purchased 3 rolls of different coloured curling ribbon and thought I would receive your 'buy 2 get the 3rd free' option - why have I not?
The offer is on identical colours only as per the item description. However this is common mistake and if you message us via eBay we can cancel this order for you if you would prefer.
I have requested combined postage to take advantage of your wonderful postage discounts on party ware - however the postage costs seem to be £5.95 - why?
£5.95 is for the 24hr delivery option, if you use the delivery drop down menu at checkout then you will see the standard delivery option which will include the postage discount.
I have ordered several items and paid one postage cost, however I only have part of my order - why?
Due to the size limit of Royal Mail's 'packet' rate, your item has been sent in separate packets at no extra cost. Your other items should arrive shortly.
I have ordered several rolls of bubble wrap, however only 1 (or a few) have arrived - why?
These items are large so the postman can probably only get 1 at a time on his van, I'm sure the rest will arrive in the next few days.
I have ordered an item via 24 hour courier or a tracked service and it has not arrived, what shall I do?
Please send us a message via eBay explaining this along with your post code and we will trace this item and provide you with tracking information.
I was expecting my item today, however it has not arrived - what should I do?
Your item would have been dispatched straight away with Royal Mail and 99% of the time Royal Mail will deliver within 2-3 working days, sometimes though for one reason or another they get delayed, if you don't have it within 2 working days from today then message us via eBay and we will take this further.
I have contacted you several times in regards to my missing item and you are currently investigating with Royal Mail - how long should I wait and what will happen next?
I am sorry to hear your item has not yet arrived but please be assured that we are currently working with Royal mail in regards to this matter, however to register an item as missing 15 working days must have passed before Royal Mail consider the item lost in the post. At this point we can and will make a claim and we all relevant information has been submitted I can then send a replacement or give you a refund. This is Royal Mail's policy and we work within their guidelines. Please be assured, the issue will be sorted one way or another and we apologise for the delay. In the meantime please contact your local sorting/post office as in most cases no one home at the time of delivery of the item and it will at your local sorting/post office for your collection. Please note a red card is not always left so please check anyway.
