There was a problem with the package as the tracking showed it was stuck in KC. Seller followed up on the issue and yesterday it was discovered that the label had been torn from the package. This was a USPS issue, not the seller's. She refunded my money as soon as there were answers. Wonderful communication and she displayed concern when notified of the shipping issue. Great seller.
