For any reason if you are not satisfied with your order, return the item(s), undamaged, within 30 days for a full refund (excluding both orginating and returned shipping & handling fee's, which are paid by you). After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sorry, no exceptions.

Damaged items: You will receive an exchange, if that item is no longer in stock you will be allowed to apply the credit towards another item that is in stock. Damaged items must be reported via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Upon notification you will have 7 days to return the damaged merchandise to us otherwise an exchange will not be given. All returns must be sent prepaid - No collect shipments will be accepted. Items damaged by improper care or handling are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Number: To return an item, e-mail us at returns@serenitysjourney.com . Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Serenity's Journey will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) to place on the package. Any products returned without an RA# will be refused.
