 Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we do combine shipping. Please ask for a combined invoice when
you are finished shopping. Do not pay for items separately because the
fees are too high to be able to combine shipping when multiple payments
are made.

Q:How does the free shipping work for U.S. customers?
A:For U.S. customers, as long as you wait and pay for everything
together 4 or more pattern books/booklets ship for free. It doesn't
matter if they are store items or auction items. This only refers to
the pattern books though and not the dolls, hooks, yarn, DVD's, supplies or other items that
are not pattern books. Please let us know if you need a revised
invoice.

A:Unless otherwise stated, all are patterns.

Q:How does the international combined shipping work?
A:It all depends on what they are. The shipping cost is determined by the total weight of the package and whether it will fit in a flat rate envelope.
Please let us know which item numbers you would want shipped together to get an exact
quote.

Q:How long can I shop before paying?
A:You can shop for no longer than 3 weeks before paying and disregard
any invoices you may receive in the meantime.It is best to wait and pay
for everything all together in order to get the shipping discount.Do
not pay for items separately or they can't have a shipping discount.
Ask if you need help revising your invoice.

Q:When can I expect my order to be shipped?
A:Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared
payment. If you send an e-check through paypal, it will usually take
paypal 4-6 business days to clear your payment. You will know it has
cleared when you receive a payment received email from
superiorhomearts. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email
letting you know.

Q:How soon before my order will arrive?
A:If you live in the U.S. then most orders will take between 2 and 3
business days after being shipped out to arrive. Items are shipped via
First Class or Priority Mail. International orders take approximately
10 business days to arrive. Sometimes they get caught up in customs and
can take up to 6 weeks(RARE). There is no tracking for international orders.

Q:Why am I being charged shipping? I qualify for free shipping.
A:There is not a way for the shipping to adjust automatically when you
have bought enough to qualify. You may change the shipping yourself by
entering a minus sign and then the amount of shipping on the invoice
where it says "seller discounts" under the subtotal or just ask for a
revised invoice. Do not pay the shipping because we can not tell if you paid it or not sometimes
because of the way the system is set up. I know that sounds dumb, but sometimes ebay divides
up a person's order and it appears that they paid shipping and they didn't and other times it appears
they didn't pay shipping but they did. .

Q:I paid for shipping and wasn't supposed to.
A:Please send us an email to let us know. It is hard to tell when
someone has paid for shipping so you need to let us know. Your order
has to have been shipped together to be eligible for a refund. If you
paid for your items separately, then you did not qualify for the free
shipping.

Q:I paid for my item, but now I want to try to qualify for the free or
combined shipping.
A:Please let us know and if your order hasn't shipped, your money will
be refunded so you can wait and pay for everything all together so it
will qualify for either reduced or free shipping.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:For U.S. orders, shipping is based on weight plus a small handling charge. 
International orders can use the calculator provided on the listing or send an email for a quote.
Prices include a small handling charge. Handling charges take into account
supplies, gas, paper, ink, labels, cost of labor and other costs of selling. 
eBay charges an 11% fee on shipping so that is also factored in.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. Prices are shown in the calculator at the bottom of the listing.
Just select your country from the drop down menu. If no calculator is
shown, please ask for a shipping quote.
