 Q: Where is the "Ask a Question" on the listing?
  A: I don't know why Ebay moved it, but it is now located at the bottom of each listing.
 Q: I am having problems with making my payment! Help!
  A: The most common problem with processing payment properly is Ebay's "new" shopping cart feature which has many, many issues. I recommend using the "Buy it Now" option in all cases. If you have items in your shopping cart, you should remove them and attempt to purchase using "buy it now". If payment is still a problem, message for assistance.
 Q: How do I avoid payment so I may combine items before paying?
  A: The only way to avoid the payment process after purchase is to use the "BUY IT NOW" feature and AVOID the "Add to Shopping Cart" option. The shopping cart will not let you leave the payment process to request a combined invoice.
 Q: What is the shipping on multiple items?
  A: If you are purchasing multiple items from the same listing, it will show you the combined shipping rate after you change the quantity within the listing and click on "buy it now". You will see the combined total before being required to pay in case the amount is of concern. See other Q&A for combined shipping across different listings.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes. If you change the quantity within a listing that has multiples available, it will calculate the combined shipping automatically. If you purchase different items, you must request a combined invoice BEFORE paying to receive the discount.
 Q: How do I combine shipping on different items?
  A: The ONLY way to receive a combined discount across multiple listings is to AVOID THE SHOPPING CART and purchase each item with the "BUY IT NOW" option. Once all items are purchased, simply message requesting a combined invoice PRIOR TO PAYING and I will send a reduced invoice. Message if you have any questions along the way.

 Q: Vertical Blind REPAIR CLIPS ~ CURVED OR FLAT?
  A: If your vanes are COMPLETELY flat the flat clips will work best. If you have a slight curve to your vanes, the curved are recommended. "S" shaped curved vanes should use FLAT clips. Clips will also work for fabric inserted into a frame but NOT for free-hanging vanes. (See Vertical Blind Inserts for proper item).
 Q: Vertical Blind FABRIC VANE INSERTS ~ Which type is best?
  A: I carry two styles of vane inserts and both will work on any FREE-HANGING vertical blind vane. The "oval hole" solid insert looks best with a round carrier stem, the "square tab" insert looks best for rectangular carrier stems, but there is effectively no difference in how well they work. Will not work on solid vinyl vanes (see repair clips).
 Q: How can I use my credit card WITHOUT Paypal?
  A: It is not necessary to have a paypal account to use a credit card to pay for any item, however you will need to pay THROUGH paypal to use your credit card direct. This is different than paying WITH paypal. I use paypal as my credit card processor only. No paypal account is necessary but you will have to proceed to paypal to process payment.
 Q: How do I contact you?

 Q: They look the same...so WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
  A: I have multiple listings for the same items in varying pack sizes and shipping variations to give the buyers as many options as I can. Most times, the difference is simply shipping (free vs combined) to allow for a savings on large quantities or single purchases. Sometimes it could be keywords to help buyers find the listing as terms vary.
 Q: How do I attach the ring pulls or shade tassels to my shade?
  A: If you do not have a grommet hole in your bottom hem bar, you will need to attach them using a "screw button". They are sold with the individual rings as "sets" as well as sold separately in pairs in both Cream & White. There is NO added shipping to include them with a ring pull purchase, but arrangements must be made PRIOR to payment.
 Q: Is this the item I need and/or How do I use it?
  A: Please click on "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the listing and I will be happy to send detailed instructions.
 Q: Do you offer discounts on large purchases?
  A: Yes. I am always happy to launch custom listings for larger purchases for additional savings. The discount will depend on quantity desired and product specifics. Click on "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the listing to request a "bulk purchase discount".
 Q: The shipping seems REALLY HIGH? Is there an error?
  A: I am constantly monitoring shipping costs related to varying pack sizes and weights. If the shipping seems high, please message so I may check on it. Please keep in mind that shipping charges include postage for packages (not letter rates), packing materials, fees associated with the sale & mandatory delivery confirmation required by Ebay.
 Q: What happened to the International Shipping rates? They are CRAZY HIGH!
  A: As of 1/27/13 the USPS raised the International shipping rates. In some cases, the postage nearly DOUBLED! (Sorry Canada). The listings have been adjusted to try to accommodate this huge increase. If you would like to verify your shipping cost, please click on "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the listing.
 Q: Are your items from a SMOKE-FREE Environment?
  A: ALL of my items are CURRENTLY STORED IN A SMOKE-FREE Environment, but I buy and sell items from various sources and I don't always know its history. If you are concerned about odor, please EMAIL before purchasing so I can check on your item specifically.
 Q: Can you ship OVERNIGHT or EXPRESS Mail?
  A: I will be happy to ship overnight or any express mail service you need, but the shipping costs are MUCH HIGHER! Email for quote if you need exact cost PRIOR to purchase or payment.
 Q: How can I check the status of my order?
  A: I ship everything through ebay so you may track it within the ORDER DETAILS of the Ebay Item Listing. If the link does not show any information, USPS has simply not scanned it enroute (as yet). If you have any concerns, message and I can check on my end for more information.
 Q: Do you accept other forms of payment?
  A: Yes, I am also happy to accept a personal check or money order sent via the mail. Delays in shipping should be expected to allow for mail delivery time. Please contact me for mailing address if needed.
