I had ordered a glass lamp shade from this seller when I received the package the shipping company had destroyed the package and broke the shade. I contacted the seller to see if the shipping company would do anything. The seller immediately offered me my money back or a replacement, I did not expect this I though I was out of luck The seller replaced the shade and shipped it immediately.

The shade I received was more beautiful than shown in the photos. It was meticulously packaged with care, and double boxed. Even with all the care taken my shade arrived cracked. The box was damaged and had a hole in the side, absolutely no fault of the seller but even so, I was offered a replacement.
