Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or our service, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right. Please don’t hesitate to contact us through the eBay e-mail system if you have any questions or concerns.

Payment

We currently accept PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express with ProPay.

Receipt of your payment is appreciated within 3 days from end of auction. We understand that sometimes “life happens,” so please send us an e-mail if you need more time to make your payment.

We collect 8.3% sales tax from on all purchases shipped to Washington State.

Order Processing

eBay/PayPal will send you an e-mail after your payment has been made to verify receipt of payment.

If your payment is received before 7pm Pacific Time, we will ship your order the next business day.

After your order has been packaged, eBay will send another e-mail with your delivery confirmation or tracking number.

Shipping

Combined shipping: we offer combined shipping discounts on items that can be packaged together. We are happy to provide a quote upon request. Please include your zip code along with your list of items. When making purchases, please let us know when you are finished shopping, and we will send an invoice showing the adjusted shipping charges. Please do not pay for your items until you have received your new invoice. If items are paid for separately, we are unable to refund any of the shipping charges and items may be shipped separately.

Promotional shipping discounts: we occasionally offer promotional shipping discounts for multiple purchases on select items. To see if an item qualifies, click on the Payments & Shipping tab in the listing and the discount amount will be shown just above the shipping charges.

Shipping time: we believe in getting your product to you as fast as possible. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, usually within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. Please keep in mind that if you pay with an e-check through PayPal, it takes several days for the payment to clear before we can ship your item.

Delivery time: USPS priority mail usually has the fastest delivery time (2-3 business days). First class mail can take up to 1 week, and parcel post and media mail can take up to 2 weeks. UPS ground can also take up to 2 weeks depending on your location, the weather, and holidays. If you are concerned about a delay in package delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help track your package.

Delivery confirmation and tracking: for all packages shipped through the USPS, we provide free delivery confirmation service, which will show when your package was delivered. Sometimes the post office will also provide tracking information for these packages while en route, however this is not always the case. We also provide tracking numbers for packages shipped with UPS, who does provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates.

Insurance: insurance is included on all packages, both domestic and international.

Shipping address: we will only ship packages to your confirmed PayPal address or registered eBay address. If you want your package shipped to a different address, please make sure this is entered as the shipping address during checkout.
Returned packages: for items returned to us undelivered by the Post Office, we will refund the purchase price back to your original form of payment. We deduct our original shipping costs on all items purchased with free shipping.

International shipping: we offer international shipping by USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail International. Shipping charges can be found on the Payments & Shipping tab in the listing. The calculator is usually not accurate when purchasing multiple items, so please request a quote for combined shipping. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of package delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and are happy to work with you to resolve any problems.
We offer refunds for defective, missing, or incorrect items, and for items that do not fit, you don't like, or you change your mind (if returned in the original re-salable condition). We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that become damaged after delivery, or for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We also do not accept returns on undergarments (socks, underwear, etc.) and swimwear.

Refunds are issued after we have received and inspected your item.

For exchanges, we will issue a refund after we have received the item from you. You can then purchase through eBay the item you want at your convenience.

Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We do our best to provide accurate item descriptions, and to test and inspect all items prior to shipping. If you receive a defective item, receive the wrong item, or it is significantly not as described in the item listing, please let us know right away so we can resolve the problem.

After returning the item, we are happy to either refund your money, including all shipping charges, or exchange the item for something else. Please make sure the cost for the return shipping is clearly indicated so we may reimburse you.

If an Item Doesn’t Fit, You Don't Like It, or You Change Your Mind

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for items that do not fit, you don't like, or you change your mind.

The item returned must be in its original re-salable condition, to include all tags and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges.

On items purchased with free shipping, we will deduct our original shipping costs from your refund amount.

Feedback

We leave positive feedback as soon as we receive your cleared payment.

We greatly appreciate receiving feedback from you once your package has been received.

When you give a 4-star feedback rating, it may seem like a good score. For example, a 4 in ‘Shipping Time’ means “Quickly.” eBay, however, considers anything below a 5 to be a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain an average score of 4.6 & above in all categories, or be penalized with higher fees & more. If you were pleased with your transaction, please respond with a 5-star feedback score.

We will respond as quickly as possible, which is usually by the end of the day. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you haven’t received a response within a few days.
