Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a written return authorization.
To obtain a return authorization, please send an email request to shaverstore@yahoo.com. Be sure to state your user ID, your name, date of purchase and a brief description of the reason for your request.
Requests for return will only be considered if made within 30 days of the date we shipped the order.
Shavers, personal care products and their accessories are considered sanitary hygienic items and can not be returned once they have been opened. Only unopened and unused products will be considered for return.
**NOTE: The products below are covered directly by the manufacturers own warrantees and/or guarantees. This applies to new and factory-refurbished/serviced items. If you feel that you have a problem with defect, quality or general satisfaction, the manufacturer customer service will best able to help you.
