To obtain a return authorization, please contact us via eBay Messages. Be sure to state your user ID, your name, date of purchase and a brief description of the reason for your request. Requests for return will only be considered if made within 30 days of the date we shipped the order. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once we have received the return. Refunds will be made by the same method that payment was made. Shipping fees are non refundable. eBay charges sellers a fee, even for shipping costs, for your purchase. The seller fees on the shipping amount are not refunded, even if you return the item. We are happy to accept your return per this policy but please note that you may be assessed a service fee equal to 11% of the shipping cost if you return the item because you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item. Shavers, personal care products, and their accessories are considered sanitary hygienic items and can not be returned once they have been opened. Only unopened and unused products will be considered for return. Electrical items, such as batteries and circuit boards, are not returnable once installation has been attempted. Shaver replacement heads that are in sealed manufacturer packaging are not eligible for return as they can not be resold once opened.
