Terms of Sale Overview

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 (no deposit is necessary, if present at dealership).  Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party finance. United States dollars only.

Fees and Taxes:

Shawnee Mission Auto Group charges a $349.00 Document Processing Fee, which includes a temporary operating registration good for 30 days from date of purchase. Kansas Buyers are subject to Kansas Sales Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered.

Please be advised that all new cars are covered under all factory warranties and most of our pre-owned cars are still covered under remaining factory warranties. Otherwise, they are being sold without warranties unless otherwise stated.

We attempt to recondition all pre-owned vehicles to like new condition prior to offering them for purchase, however, used vehicles which have been previously driven and have been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically.

Any problems, issues, or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle.
