Defective Items are Missing Parts
Any product having some fault will be happily replaced.
You can claim within the seven days for the defective items. Please make sure returned items are in their original and unused condition.
If there is any part is missing, please notify us on the delivery day.
Customer will pay the return shipping charges; however, we will refund your postage costs too on verification of the fault.
While returning an item, please email us for an authorization code. This must also be clearly stated on the parcel. Please note that we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
