PAYMENT Immediate payment is expected on all store purchases, and within 7 days of close of an auction. After 7 days a non-paying bidder notice will be filed with eBay and the item will be re-listed. Please contact us if there is a problem, so we can work something out. We want this to be a good experience for all involved and will do our best to resolve all issues. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal Money Order Cashier's Checks we accept PAYPAL Payments in US DOLLARS ONLY from INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS/ BUYERS. SHIPPING & HANDLING We normally ship every business day. Your item will normally ship same or next business day after receiving your cleared Payment. Items paid for after 7:00 pm CST will be treated as if the payment was made the next business day. I usually ship USPS First Class for packages weighing less than 13 oz. & USPS Priority Mail for bigger packages, and use Media Mail when applicable. We provide a delivery confirmation number to our buyers as soon as the item is shipped and keep a record of the same as proof of delivery. The shipping service & S/H charges are clearly stated in each individual listing. We do combine shipping for multiple purchases made within 3 days of each other and offer a S/H discount of $ 3.00 for each additional item after charging you the full S/H charges for the item with the highest S/H rate. Please email us if you have won more than one of my auctions, so we can send you a combined invoice with S/H discounts for multiple purchases. If you purchase multiple items from the store, the discounts will be automatically calculated for you. INSURANCE Insurance is optional but recommended, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the item once it leaves our hands. If you want your package mailed to an address other than yours, you must purchase insurance. RETURNS If you are not happy with any purchase, please email us to see if we can work something out. If you are not fully satisfied, you will get a full refund of item cost, excluding shipping costs, in cash via Paypal only, for items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. The refund amount will be paid only after the item has reached us in original condition. The buyer is responsible for S/H charges for returning the item to us WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION as proof of delivery. FEEDBACK Giving and receiving feedback is important to us. Our general policy is to leave feedback as soon as we receive it from you on successful completion of the transaction.
