I strongly prefer PayPal, but money's money in the end. :) Naturally, if you pay with an unsecured method (i.e. personal check) I'll wait for the check to clear before shipping. I'll ship anywhere but there may be additional costs - contact in advance if you have questions, I try to be reasonable about the shipping thing. Your cards will be shipped in sleeves and hard cases, then folded in a sheet of paper before going into a standard business envelope.
