Boots arrived damaged.Seller offered to pay return. I am 61 & still wear children's shoes, the search to find footwear that fits is a lifelong struggle.I already owned these & got years of use out of them. I spent much time trying to replace them as they are no longer available from the maker.Contacted the seller and explained the broken end of the strap would not affect their use.I politely asked if he would refund me the cost of the return as their value went down.
