Do you allow for local pick ups?

I’m sorry but we don’t do local pick ups because our warehouse doesn’t have the proper insurance in place for retail customers. If you are local then you should get your shoes the day after we ship them. This is a plus for our local customers.

Condition: ShoeMetro sells only authentic name brand shoes from manufacturers and retailers of fine footwear. We carefully inspect and grade our items into the categories below.

  • New: In Box - Brand new condition in original box.
  • New: Without Box - New condition without box. These shoes are carefully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
  • New / Display - New shoes that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. Actual pictures are shown for these.
  • Gently Used - Shoes may be returns and/or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition. Actual pictures are shown for these.

I'm sorry but our prices are as stated. As you can see, our prices are 20% to 90% of retail cost. We have some of the lowest prices on the internet. If you find a better price on any other website besides eBay please let us know and we'll match it.

Are the shoes in the photo the actual shoes up for sale?

If the condition is new in the box then we use one picture to represent all shoes. If the condition is new/display and it says "actual shoe shown", then it's the actual picture of the shoe. Please check the condition description in the auction.

I missed the auction. How can I bid on that shoe again?

How can I track my order?

Most order ship next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If your order was shipped you should have received a tracking confirmation email from ShoeMetro w/ your tracking number and shipping carrier.

When will my order ship?

ShoeMetro offers some of the fastest shipping on eBay. We ship all orders that clear by 5:00AM PST the same business day. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 days for domestic shipments. We are located in San Diego, CA so the closer you are to the west coast the faster you will receive your order. The further you get from California the longer it takes. We will send you an email after your order is shipped so you will get the exact delivery day. International shipments have an average delivery time of 2 to 7 business days via Fedex International.

Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?

Yes, we do offer discounts on shipping when you buy more than one item. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Please wait until you win all auctions before completing checkout.

Items purchased under the same account will be automatically added to your invoice and the combined shipping discount will apply to your order total. Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?

ShoeMetro’s international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. We do pay for your brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

How do I pay for my item?

Within a few minutes of the close of an auction or the use of the ‘Buy It Now’ feature, you should receive payment instructions via email from sales@shoemetro.com. If you did not receive the email, you may either click on the check out icon in your auction, or click here to enter your checkout. You will need your item number, as well as your auction registered email address to access your invoice. Simply enter your shipping and billing addresses, select your payment method, and process payment accordingly! If you've bought multiple items, you only need to enter one ‘Auction Number’ and the system will automatically locate and combine your other orders. Shipping charges will be consolidated saving your some money!

I received the wrong item? What do I do?

ShoeMetro strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope the make the return as painless as possible.

Please email customer service at ebay@shoemetro.com and include your order number or item number. After we receive your email, we will send you a return label via email so you can return your shoes. If you can't wait then please feel free to return the item yourself and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping.

In many cases we do have your shoes in stock and we can ship your correct pair as soon as your incorrect pair gets picked up. Returns will be inspected to insure that they are unworn condition. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My order was damaged during shipment. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear about your damaged package. We will contact the courier and file a claim on your delivery. Please email Customer Care at ebay@shoemetro.com, with details of your shipment. Also, if you refused the package, please let us know that as well. If there is a replacement pair available, we will make arrangements to ship a replacement.
