You have 60 days from the date of purchase to complete a return. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
- Click Return Label (PDF) for a printable version of the return shipping label and return form.
- Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box.
- On the return shipping label, write your order number, if known. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. ShoeSteal is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
- Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Worn shoes are not returnable.
- Most returns are processed within 10 business days once we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement. We’ll keep you informed with a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
