What Types of payment methods to you accept?

USA orders we except Visa and Mastercard payments as well as Paypal, Bidpay and Money Orders in the mail.

International orders we except Paypal, Bidpay and Money Orders in the mail.

Can I use any other Payment Methods than what is listed?

A. We are only set up to accept the payments types that are listed on our Acceptable Payment methods page. If you send a check we will accept that but it will also delay your payment. We do not do escrow, western union payments or wire transfers.

I am sending a Money Order in the mail, what information should I put with it?

A. It is important that you include a copy of your order or your invoice # from checkout with your money order payment.

Who do I make my Money Order out to?

A. Make the Money Order out to Shoebox Savings Inc.



Can I send CASH in the mail?

A. We prefer that you do not. However as with all payments sent in the mail you are responsible for them until they are received and we advise that you use insurance and tracking with your mailed payments.

Can I send a check in the mail?

A. We will not turn away any checks we receive in the mail, but they will delay your processing. We only take checks to the bank 1 or 2 times a week and then it takes 7- 10 business days to clear so you could be waiting almost 2 weeks for your item to ship out if you send a check.

What happens if my Money Order gets lost in the mail?

A. Refer to question #5, if you send a Money Order and it has not been received within 2 weeks of sending it. Contact your Money Order provider and cancel it. Then send a new payment. Please keep in touch with us and let us know what is going on so we don't fail your order before you can pay us.

Can I use any other shipping services than what is listed?

A. Sorry no, we only guarantee our products and our refund policy is only applicable if you use the services listed.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

A. After you pay for your item it should arrive in 3-8 business days in the USA depending on the service requested and 5-14 business days on International orders. Business days are Monday-Friday. We will send you an email when your payment has been received and when we ship your item out.

Do the International shipping rate include customs or any other import fees?

A. NO, the international shipping fees we have cited do NOT include customs or any additional fees charged by the carriers.

How do you package your items?

A. All items are sent in their original boxes inside a gray plastic mailing bag.

Why do you need my phone #?

A. Don't worry we request your phone # incase we may need to call you about a problem with your payment or item. Also most of our shippers want to know your phone # just incase the driver has a problem finding your address or the item gets lost.

I just paid for my item will you please leave me feedback after you ship my item?

A. We will be happy to leave you appropriate feedback once we receive feedback from you. However since we do process a large # of payments we have set up all of our positive feedback with an automated system that leaves it for you once positive feedback has been received from you.

What happens if I don't pay for my auction right away?

A. It is Ebay's Policy to have the seller submit at UPI Dispute (Unpaid Item Dispute) 8 days after the auction has ended if the bidder has not paid for the item. From there the bidder has 8 days to get the payment into the seller before a seller can request there Final Value Fee Credited. At that time ebay will discipline the buyer by giving them a Non-Paying Bidder Strike. If any user receives 3 Non-Paying Bidder strikes then they can get suspended. IF you CAN NOT pay but don’t want to receive a Non-Paying Bidder Strike Shoebox Savings Inc will offer to settle the UPI dispute amiably when the buyer pays a 15% restocking fee.

What is an UPI Dispute?

A. The Unpaid Items dispute Form is intended to be a workout period to help buyers and sellers resolve their trading problems. After a UPI dispute is filed, ebay will send an email to both the seller and the high bidder, advising the high bidder that ebay has been notified that the bidder has an Unpaid Item and encouraging the high bidder to complete the transaction.

What is an Final Value Fee Credit request?

A. An FVF is the Fee paid by a seller to ebay for the completion of the auction. When a buyer doesn't pay ebay refunds of those fees and gives the Non-Paying bidder a strike against there account
