Checkout Instructions
To complete your purchase, you must use the checkout link above. An email will also be sent to you immediately following the close of the auction with a link to purchase the item through our secure shopping cart. We cannot process your payments until we have recieved your ordering information at our checkout, so please use our checkout link to complete your purchase. A telephone number is required.

We accept PayPal, regular money orders, and BidPay (Western Union) money orders.

When you calcate shipping (above) it will give you the total price for shipping, handling and insurance for $100. (For $200 worth of insurance it will cost an additional $1, for $300 it costs $2 etc). It takes 1-4 business days to process and ship your item(s) out, after we recieve the payment. We will email you when you check out & with tracking when your item(s) has shipped.

Sorry, we do not use any other shipping methods in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent payments. If you do not want to pay for the cost of shipping internationally do not bid on our items. We will mark the item(s) as a GIFT and put the value at the final bid price. No exceptions Sorry!
Combined Shipping
At this time we do not have a way to calculate the cost of shipping on multiple items prior to using our check out system. However, if you would like to buy more than one item from us and recieve a discount on shipping you will need to WAIT TO CHECK OUT UNTIL YOU ARE DONE BUYING ALL ITEMS. The cost of shipping an additional item Domestically in the US will be between $5-$10 more depending on the service. The cost of shipping an additional item Internationally outside the US will be between $10-$20 more depending on the location.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: Arizona.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day non-defective items guarantee. For non-defective items we will refund the price of the item (not including shipping & handling)as long as the item is returned to us within 30 days of payment in the same new condition it was recieved in. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If an item is defective we will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund of the price including shipping & handling fees within 5 days of receipt of returned item when shipped and returned via our Fed Ex or USPS account.
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, a full refund of the purcahse price including and handling will be issued upon receipt of insurance payment from FedEx or USPS. Refunds for Damaged items will only be available when insurance has been purchased (insurance & tracking for $100 is included in all regular shipping methods)additional insurance is available for most methods. Please note this process can take up to 1-8 weeks.

Shoebox Savings Inc takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you to any other person or third party provider except where neccasary to complete your transaction. We do keep records of all information provided by you on our secure server. Your transaction and personal information is important to us as it is to you.
