1. Is your merchandise Authentic?

   Yes, all of our merchandise is guaranteed authentic in original retail box. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

2. Do you allow local pick-ups?

   No, unfortunately we do not allow local pickups as our lease agreement does not allow for retail customers.

3. How long can I wait to pay for my item?

   You have 7 days to pay for your item once you have purchased it. After 7 days, we must cancel the transaction and resell the item.

4. How can I purchase directly from Shoemerica outside of Ebay?

   All of the our products that are listed on Ebay must be purchased on Ebay. However, we do have a great selection of additional merchandise on our website at www.shoemerica.com.

5. What type of payments do you accept?

   We accept paypal and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through our safe & secure checkout.

6. Do you charge sales tax?

   All California customers are required to pay state sales tax of 9.75%. This is because we are required by state law to collect sales tax in the state we are located.

7. I want a shoe but in a different size. Can I purchase the wrong size shoe and then request a different size later?

   No, Please only bid for the shoe size that fits you. Our quantities are limited and we are not able to fulfill size requests that are not listed on ebay.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

1. How do I go about returning/exchanging merchandise?

   Please contact us via ebays system to notify us of a return or exchange. Once we reply, Please return merchandise to:

   Please follow these instructions:

   • Do not tape up the retail box. Ship your item in a box or a shipping bag. Shoes that are sent back to us with retail box taped up will be refused.
   • Please use your order # as the RMA id. The order # can be found on your invoice or in our checkout.
   • Include your full name, auction # and ebay user id.

   *All Exchanges will require a shipping fee to ship out your replacement pair.

   *All Returns will require a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping:

1. When will my order ship?

   Your order will ship within 1 business day of receiving payment.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

   If you are located in California you will receive your order within 1-3 business days. Other domestic orders take 3-7 business days for delivery. International orders take 4-10 business days for delivery.

3. How do I track my order?

   Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also go back to our checkout for tracking information.
