Q:Merchandise Authenticity
A:We always stand by the merchandise that we sell and guarantee that our Name Brand Products are 100% authentic. All of our inventory purchases are made directly from the manufacturer, authorized representative, major department store or name brand outlet stores.
Q:Once you receive the payment how long will it take you to ship.
A:Next business day. If your payment is received before 12:00 noon it is shipped that same day. If your payment is received after 12:00 it will be shipped the following morning. We ship Monday through Saturday morning.
Q:Do you offer exchanges.
A:Yes we will exchange your merchandise for the same or any other type of merchandise available of equivalent price. Please note that the Buyer will be responsible for paying the returned shipping charges.
Q:Our Return Policy
A:Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason within the first 3 days of receiving your order email us for a merchandise return approval. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will refund you immediately for the full purchase price amount. Returned merchandise must be in the same box it was originally shipped.
Q:Do you have a limit as to how many items you can purchase at a given period of time.
A:Yes maximum 10 items in a 7 day period. If you need to purchase more than 10 items at a time kindly email us and we will accommodate your needs. This store policy was created to protect both the Buyer and the store's interest.
Q:You received the wrong item. ( sorry………)
A:In the unlikely event that the wrong merchandise was sent to you we will email you a pre-paid USPS label so that you may ship the package back to us at our expense. Kindly print the label from the email, tape it on the box and send it back to us. Please let us know when the item was shipped. Immediately upon receipt of the item we will credit you.

A:We like many other eBay store owners use the “automated feedback system” created by eBay for store owners to simplify this task. Once you leave us your Positive Feedback the eBay automated feedback system will automatically respond with a Positive Feedback. We stride & ask for a Positive “5 Star Rating” evaluation with the Detailed Seller Rating.
