We do offer Flat Rate Priority Shipping WORLDWIDE each area differs, you can put up to 4-lbs in each flat rate envelope. You can put 2 hair colors in 1 flat rate envelope and other examples you can put about 22-24 nail polishes in one flat rate envelope.
