Q:What is Vendio checkout and how do I use it?
A:Vendio is a 3rd party auction management service. Payments processed by Vendio are still sent through Paypal or money order and are 100% secure. To checkout, please return to the auction page of the item you won on eBay and click on the yellow checkout button. The checkout will combine multiple items and calculate your total including shipping.
Q:How do I purchase multiple items?
A:Make sure to purchase multiple auctions in order to combine. That's how eBay works. You can't just increase quantities in your shopping cart like a web site. Once you do that, our checkout will calculate your total including shipping.
Q:I've tried everything and still can't get your checkout to work.
A:If you still can't get our checkout to work, please pay directly to paypal@shopacc.com.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

Q:Do you charge sales tax?
A:Sales tax of 8.75% is only charged for orders shipped within the state of California.
Q:When will my item ship? How long will it take? Can I pick it up?
A:We ship 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. For US orders, 1st Class mail can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on where you live. For international buyers, it can vary a lot because your item may get held up in customs. Typically it takes 1-4 weeks for items to arrive internationally. Sorry, we don't do local pickups.
Q:Why don't you answer my emails?
A:We answer emails within 1-2 business days. Please turn off spam filters and make sure your email address on file with eBay is current if you aren't receiving a reply.

A:Please leave feedback first, and we'll leave it right away. The only reason why we ask is because our system is automated, and if we had to do it manually, it would take us forever.
Q:I am not satisfied with my purchase, what is your return policy?
A:You may return defective items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your original invoice with your return and also a note specifying whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
