I try to use the least expensive shipping option for domestic shipping.

For international shipping, I will use Priority mail so that packages can be tracked, and reduce the risk of packages being lost or stolen.

For those items, you will be offered a store credit provided you contact me within 7 days with the reason for your disatisfaction.

Clothing and pet beds must be returned within 7 days of receipt and tags must remain intact, and items must be clean, but unwashed.

If you believe a product does not meet your standards, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, so that we may resolve any issues.
