PAYMENT
We expect payment within 3 days of end of auction, via PayPal, sent to orders@shopestella.com. Do not bid if you have no serious intention of purchasing an item at final auction end. We do file with eBay for non-paying bidders. If you are bidding on multiple items, shipping discount will be given for auctions ending within 3 days of each other. Please wait until all actions are over, and we have sent an invoice before sending payment.
SHIPPING
General
We offer a multiple item shipping discount! Buyer will pay highest shipping, with no additional charge for multiple listings won.
We offer shipping choices via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, for both domestic and international postage. Please refer to charts below for costs.
We do our best to ship out within one business day of cleared payment, and will notify the buyer of any delays. We offer a shipping discount for multiple actions won. Buyer will pay highest shipping for first item, with no charge for each additional item won.
As per eBay's shipping insurance policy changes, we no longer offer optional insurance. At this point, we have lowered our domestic shipping cost $.50 and only International shipments have included insurance in our shipping & handling costs.
