Payment required within 3 days of purchase via PayPal. If you are not happy with your product, depending on the type of product and whether it has been opened - we do give refunds. If at all possible, it will be an immediate refund after the item has been returned. There are other circumstances where the refund may take 3-5 business days - just as with most Retailers - when you return an item it does not "hit" your bank account until a few days later. I cannot change the banking system. Your satisfaction is my goal and I will do everything I can to get your money back to you within 5 business days. On the Drop Ship items where your product is shipped from a warehouse, it may take up until 30 days for a refund.
