Q:What is your return policy?
A:Please see item description for information on returns. We do not accept returns on Freight/Truck items.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:If you bid/buy in stock items that are smaller in size and can be boxed together, we'd be glad to combine the shipping for you. We cannot combine shipping costs on large or oversized items. 85% of our items ship from manufacturer's warehouses and cannot be combined. PLEASE E-MAIL TO FIND OUT IF THE ITEMS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN CAN BE COMBINED.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Please see specifics in each auction for detailed shipping time frames. Most factory shipped items arrive within 7-14 business days. Items that we have on hand usually ship out within 2 business days.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Each listing is different. Please see auction details for specifics.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We ship any of our Prepac furniture items to the US & Canada. We cannot ship to any Military address and Hawaii/Alaska have extra shipping charges. Some smaller In Stock items can ship internationally - please see auctions for availability.
Q:How will I receive tracking information for my order?
A:We use eBay's "SHIPPED" option so therefore you will receive tracking information to your eBay registered e-mail address once shipped. Freight items may not come with a tracking number right away, but we want to let you know the item has in fact been shipped. Tracking # request can be made if delivery is not made within 5-7 business days.
Q:I missed your auction - can this item still be purchased?
A:99% of our items on auction or fixed price auctions can be found in our eBay store for immediate purchase: http://stores.ebay.com/Shop-It-All-Store
Q:I never received any contact from you about shipment - why not??
A:We correspond with all of our customers, normally through the eBay e-mail system. If you did not receive a response or any information regarding your order, first check the item auction page for information on shipping, then check your ebay registered e-mail or your EBAY MESSAGES. Most likely, you will find an e-mail from us. = )
