What kind of items do you sell and where do they come from? We ship most items through Manufacturer's Warehouses since we are Authorized Distributors of many companies. Only a handful of our listings we advertise are ordered through a different outlet. 100% of our items are new and ship in the original manufacturers packaging - unless otherwise stated with a big "USED" in the ad description. We will clearly state all information about any used items. We assume that all parts are accounted for & in new condition when the item arrives. If you receive any item that is defective or missing parts, please read the instructions to see if the manufacturer's contact information is listed. If not, please contact us ASAP. In most cases, the manufacturer will ship replacements parts to you free of charge. If ordering any ready-to-assemble furniture, the company contact information is on the instructions and you may contact them to let them know what parts were missing, or you can let us know and we'll tell them which parts to send to you. We accurately describe all of our items to the best of our knowledge and NEVER intentionally deceive anyone. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
