Store Policy And Customer Service
I offer several payment options. I accept money orders, cashiers checks and all forms of payment through PayPal. I also accept personal checks on a limited basis - it must be approved by me before you send a personal check. I will only consider accepting personal checks from buyers with at least 10 unique positive feedback and no negative or neutral feedback as a result of non-payment or bounced checks. Please note however, I will hold your personal check for 10 business days for it to clear our bank before I will ship your order.
Once the auction has ended, you will usually hear from me within 48 hours when I invoice you or notify you that payment has been received. Please make sure 1) your email address on eBay's file is updated; 2) your email box is not full; and 3) your spam filters are turned off, or my emails may end up sitting in your Spam Folder.
Payment is due within 10 days of auction closing, or you should at least notify me of your preferred method of payment within 5 days if there is any problem. If you are mailing your payment, please let me know so I can be on a lookout for it in the mail.
I try to ship within 2 days upon receipt of payment. I only ship through the United States Postal Service using First Class mail and Priority mail so you can receive them quickly from Hawaii. This usually takes 3-7 days. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation which is already included in the shipping rate. I will be happy to combine shipping for store purchases and closed auctions that occur within a 7-day period. Please check out our Promotions page for any shipping specials we may be running at the moment.
Case #1 - If I have made a mistake such as sending you the wrong item or if the item is grossly misrepresented or defective:
You must let me know within 3 days upon receipt of your item the nature of the problem. I try to describe items fully and accurately, but I am not perfect and may occasionally miss something. Please note that all our fragrances are fresh stock and are inspected before shipping. Moreover, we store our items in a cool and dark area to ensure continued freshness of our products. We do not sell vintage or stale fragrances. If you are not thrilled about the scent, return policy for case #2 will apply (please see below).
After I authorize the return, please pack the item carefully and ship it back to me within 5 days via Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please do not use Parcel post or Media mail as these shipping methods will take several weeks to deliver your package back to Hawaii.
I will issue a full refund including the original Shipping/handling cost, within 5 days after I have inspected the item.

Case #2 - If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase:
You must let me know within 5 days upon receipt of your item that you want to return it. Please wait to hear back from me before shipping the item back.
After I authorize the return, please pack the item carefully and ship it back to me within 5 days via Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please do not use Parcel post or Media mail as these shipping methods will take several weeks to deliver your package back to Hawaii.
I will refund you only the purchase price within 5 days after I have inspected the item. Both the Original shipping/handling cost and Return shipping will not be refunded.
***Please note that in order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same original, unused and re-sellable condition with its original manufacturer's packaging or tags. I cannot accept returns with torn or missing boxes/packaging. Item that is shrinkwrappd or in sealed manufacturer's package must be UNopened. That includes DVD, CD-Roms, bath items, etc. Many brick and mortar retail stores have the same policy as ours regarding the return of such items.
Exchanges are allowed in some cases for items of equal value with similar shipping rates. Please contact me for more information.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any questions or problems with the transaction, please email me to work things out before considering leaving unfavorable or neutral feedback. I cannot fix something if I am not aware of it, so communication is a must. I value good communication (as shown in my Detailed Star Rating), especially when businesses are conducted through cyberspace. I strive to answer all customers' emails within 12 hours.
