Customer Service & Store Policy
I offer a few payment options. Though Paypal is the preferred payment method on eBay, I also accept money orders for my online business if you choose not to use Paypal. Please contact me for more information. Otherwise, Paypal is a fast, easy and safe method to pay any sellers online. I accept all forms of Paypal payments, including credit cards, debit cards, existing Paypal balance, instant bank transfers and e-checks (will ship once e-check has cleared in 3-4 business days). Both e-checks and instant bank transfers are only available to you if you have linked your Paypal account to a checking account. Payment is due within 7 days of the sale.
Once a purchase has been made, you are free to pay through Paypal right away. If you have purchased multiple items, please wait for me to send you a combined eBay invoice with a discounted/combined shipping rate. A combined invoice will be sent within 24 hours, but usually within 12 hrs. I am always happy to combine shipping to help my buyers save some money. I give my buyers up to 7 days to pay. If you are having trouble making a timely payment, please email me using eBay's Messaging System.
I try to communicate every step of the transaction, so my buyer will know what to expect and when to expect the order to arrive. If you have any questions about payment, shipping, your order, my store, or anything you are looking for, please don't hesitate to email me through eBay's Messaging System.
I try to ship within 2 days upon receipt of cleared payment. I only ship through the United States Postal Service using First Class mail and Priority mail so you can receive them quickly from Hawaii. Shipping time from Hawaii is normally 3-7 days. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation which is already included in the shipping rate. I will be happy to combine shipping for store purchases and closed auctions that occur within a 3-day period. I offer FREE Priority mail shipping for orders that total $100 or more. For other lower-dollar orders, no matter how many items you get, the maximum Priority shipping you will ever pay on your order is just $11.75. That is, the most you will ever pay for Priority shipping even if you buy 30 items is still $11.75. Never more than that! This is a great shipping rate considering how costly Priority mail has become after rates have increased 2-3 times over the last few years!
If you have any problems with your order, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, neutral feedback or low Detailed Star Ratings. I always try to work with my customers when problems arise.
I don't have a fixed refund or exchange policy. I will decide on the best course of action in each case. In general, if you are unhappy with the item (such as you don't like the scent of a perfume), you can return for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping both ways (i.e. the original s&h you paid and the returned shipping cost) are non-refundable. In order to receive a refund, please return everything which comes with the item including the retail packaging and all accessories. Also, the item has to be in its original, new and salable condition. Thus, no torn or broken retail packaging. If there is an error with your order, for example if I have sent you the wrong item, please email me. I have had my online retail business for almost 10 years and in that time, I have probably sent out wrong items twice. So this happens rarely. I will try my best to correct any problems. Please email me of any problems within 3 days upon receipt of the order. Do not ship anything back without first contacting me. I will provide you with the correct mailing address and shipping instructions. Please use USPS First Class mail or Priority mail as Parcel post can take weeks to get to Hawaii.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any questions or problems with the transaction, please email me to work things out before considering leaving unfavorable or neutral feedback, or low Detailed Star Ratings. 1 or 2 stars are really bad for the seller and would adversely affect his/her selling account, so please give me a chance to fix anything before posting 1 or 2 stars. I cannot correct a problem if I am not aware of it, so good communication would be much appreciated. I try to answer all customers' emails within 12 hours. I also strive to provide 5-star transactions. Please let me know if I don't and how I can improve. Thank you for taking the time to read this page.
