Professional Courtesy Policy:

At Shop the Great Backyard we are dedicated to treat our customers with respect and common courtesy. We also require the same treatment from the very people that we serve. If something goes wrong, we will help. Immediate help is not possible, but we get problems solved. In the busy season it can take a little more time, but we will all work to get you back into your pool as diligently as our office hours allow. We know it can be reassuring to have someone on your side.

Pool Liner Return Policy:

To return a pool liner, we must receive it within 7 days. We accept returns for unopened boxes only. A $50 Restocking Fee will apply and the customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.

All returns must be approved by Shop the Great Backyard and have a return authorization number for credit to be given to an account. POOL Liners that have been opened are NOT Returnable.

Pool Liner Warranty Policy:

Shop the Great Backyard PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE). Pool liners come with the manufacturer limited warranty only.

Up to 60 days from placing an order, we will assist you in the process of whom to contact for a manufacturer’s warranty claim. Moreover, we reserve the right to withhold our assistance, without being obligated to do so. After 60 days it is between you and the manufacturer because we destroy all records at this time.

Pool Liner Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations.

Pool Liner Shipping Policy:

An order for this product will be placed with the manufacturer on the same day. The average time from ordering to arrival is 7-10 business days (in May & June the average arrival time is 10-15 business days). Some take less time, some take more time, depending on the time of season, where you live, and the quickness of the carrier. A very large percentage of pool liners get their quickly, but at the same time, a small percentage may take more time. This small percentage is usually due to factors that are not controllable by us. For example, the manufacturer may have to make or build the liner (which, by the way, is very good because you will be getting the freshest vinyl on the market, right off the press).  It is always a very good idea to order a pool liner early, before you intend to install it. Our best advice is to order a pool liner one month or more before proposed installation. We do not provide Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. We only provide Ground service.
