Shipping Policy:
We offer standard ground shipping (7 to 10 business days) within the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii at a flat rate of only $3.00 per order for DVD and Blu-ray titles.
The shipping cost per item is indicated on the item detail page.
Shipping different items per order is not available at this time.
***Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Note that shipping times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.

Return Policy:
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days.* Items must be in new, resaleable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
Instructions for returning items are printed on the reverse side of our packing slips. Please complete the entire form on the reverse side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided on the packing slip.
Please reference your order number and include your request for return or exchange in the return shipment.
*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any personalized items (including custom t-shirts), and opened (unwrapped) CDs and DVDs. HD DVDs are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
