  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to finalize the sale.
  • Buyer has 2 weeks (14 days) from the end of auction to pay. Delay in mail service is not an acceptable excuse. All non-paying bidders will be promptly reported to eBay.
  • Bargains101 reserves the right to re-auction the item if payment is not received within 2 weeks.
  • If, for any reason, the auction cannot be finalized, the buyer will be responsible for 10% penalty fee.
  • Bargains101 will accept returns for only those items which were listed on eBay with incorrect information, or if the item was damaged upon delivery.
  • Buyer must report intent to return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Bargains101 will refund the purchase price and original shipping. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by the customer service representative.
  • When returning an item due to no fault of Bargains101, buyers will be assessed 15% re-stocking and re-listing fee. Buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges.
  • If Bargains101 is not notified prior to receiving the package, it will not be accepted.
  • If the item is listed "as is," there will be absolutely no returns accepted. "As is"will be printed in big letters on our auction for you to see.
  • Local pick-ups are available. All buyers opting to pick up item(s) will be required to pay the 5% MD sales tax as well as handling fee of $3.00 per item. All payments must be received and processed prior to picking up the items.
