USPS have recently change and increment their prices on their service due to all this reasons together we have stop offering to combine shipping. every sunglass or purchase will be treated independent even if they are shipped to same address.
Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

- US Postal Service First Class Mail .- normally takes 2 - 5 working days depending location, however when the peak periods comes it may delay more.
- US Postal Service Priority Mail .- This service guarantee a fast delivery, between 2 - 3 days, but not only that ,this service have less percentage of lost packages.
Insurance (only for USA)
USPS is a respectable company for many years and 99% of the time they deliver packages on time and place, however even with big campanies issues occurs from time to time and nobody likes the idea to have a lost package but the reality is that we must understand that is posible. That is why insurance is created, to protect yourself from this situations.
- Insurance is optional for every item you purchase from us. is up to you to decide if you want to protect your package or not .Once we drop your package at the postal office we have no control or responsibilities anymore on your package. The value of the insurance for sunglasses is $1.99 per sunglasses.
- What covers this insurance? .- you will have 2 options - A) get the item resend to you (if available) at not cost, it will cover the 100% value of the whole transaction, the item plus the shipping and handling fees. you will not pay a penny again. B) A request for the money you paid for the item (shipping and handling will not be refundable)
- Example .- if for instance the USPS have lost your package and you have paid for the insurance , your invoice shows that you paid a total of $23.98 for the whole transaction, described as follows: Item value $ 16.00 + S&H $5.99 + Insurance $ 1.99 Total = $23.98 , in this case if you want to request your money back you will get refund a total of $16.00 dls on this example. But if you request to get the item resend to you again, you do not have to pay anything.
- How do i know if my package is really lost? .- Once we pay for the shipping service for your package, it generates automatically a confirmation number that is sent to your email , once we verify with USPS this confirmation number and determ that the package is lost, then we give you the options you have ( is you paid insurance )
- We, as sellers love to have every customer happy with their purchases and we feel so bad when issues occurs but if the customer decide not to buy insurance,we have not way to help them. no exceptions.

Shipping for International Buyers.
- Every Country have different regulations about the merchandise that gets into their territory due to this fact we cannot guarantee the final destiny of the package since is out of our hands. What we can guarantee in 100% is that your package will be properly shipped within 24 hours after we receive your payment.
- We ship using USPS First class International , this service has no tracking numbers
- Shipping Average transit time to Canada & Mexico is about 1 week, this is only average.
- We do not ship to every Country , please ask by contact us about yours
- Most items leave our warehouse within 36 hours after you paid your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date, however Some countries may hold packages in Customs for long periods of time and increase delivery time sometimes up to 3-4 weeks. ShopEyewear is not responsible for this delay nor responsible if package never get release by the country destination Customs. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
Once the package arrives to the destiny Country border, local shipping companies and laws from this country take control of the package and that ends the duties for the USA shipping company, whatever happen inside your country territory is obvious that we have no control or responsability anymore. We are not going to refund any money or fees if the package gets lost unless you are covered with an insurance program.
