PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment via Paypal is expected within 10 days after the end of the auction.
If you purchased more than one item, please wait for a combined invoice that will reduce your shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final.
If a return is authorized due to an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Please note different monitors may depict colors differently. We work hard to display and present items as accurately as possible.
Therefore, we cannot issue refunds or grant exchanges for purchases that do not match your decor.
SHIPPING
We normally ship 4 days a week.
If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you by shipping earlier.
We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation included.
