Return and Exchange policy

Normally, we do not offer returns or exchanges on eBay. However, sometimes we will make an exception. Call us or email us with the reason for your return or exchange. If we approve your return we will issue a RA number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or on the shipping label. If you are shipping something in the original packaging, i.e. steering cable or system, please put the RA number on a piece of paper and tape it to the box. Products returned without the RA number on it will be refused and returned to sender

In the case of a return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and will not be refunded for the original shipping charges. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and for us to reship the new item out. We will pay shipping if we have made an error in shipping or listing something.
