Do we ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide using USPS Priority Mail International.

 

Will you mark a package as a gift or lower the value on customs forms?

No we will not do either.  That is against the law.

 

Do we combine shipping?

Yes we do combine shipping.  We have a fixed rate for shipping life vests within the continental US.  The first vest is $11.00 and each additional vest is $3.00.  All other items are priced based on weight.  Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping costs.  If you feel that the combined calculation is wrong, please just wait for us to send you a combined invoice. 

 

Do we accept any other forms of payment besides Paypal?

Yes we will accept a Visa, Mastercard or Discover over the phone.  We will also accept a money order.

 

Do we offer expedited shipping?

The majority of the time we can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.  Please contact our shipping department to request a quote.

 

Will we ship another method if requested?

Yes we will.  In some cases we have customers in Alaska or Hawaii that would rather we ship USPS versus UPS.

 

Do we stock more quantities then listed?

We have thousands of parts in stock and keep high quantities of normally stocked parts.  If we do not have the quantity you need listed, we will gladly list for you.

 

Are all of our items we stock listed?

No way!  We have a lot more to offer than the items listed on ebay.  Need something specific? Give us a call at 302-945-1800.

 

Do you email tracking numbers once orders are shipped?

Once an order is processed and shipped, we automatically email you the customer a tracking number.  A lot of customers email us for this because their spam filter has blocked our email and they did not see it.  Please make sure our email address (info@shortsmarine.com) is in your address book.  Please also check your spam folder before emailing us asking for a tracking number.

 

Something is wrong with your order.  What should you do?

Please contact us immediately.  We will do what we need to do to make it right.
