 | A: If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account. |
 | Q: I don't want to create a Paypal acccount. How can I pay you through Ebay's rules? |

 | A: Just enter via the eBay 'Pay Now' button and you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information without creating a separate account. |
 | Q: I forgot my Paypal password so how can I pay you? |

 | A: If your login attempts are unsuccessful you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. After you've completed that process, you'll be able to recover your PayPal password by using the online password recovery tool. |

 | A: I've tried very hard to include a complete description in my auctions. Please take the time to read the full description before sending me a question as it may very well be answered in the description. If the information isn't there, please feel free to ask! |
 | Q: I need it faster than first class mail. What do I do? |

 | A: When you go to ship out, you will be presented with three shipping options: first class (if under 12 oz.), Priority, and Express. Please choose which option suits your individual needs. The shipping will be adjusted to your preference. |
 | Q: How do I navigate your store? |

 | A: I have categories listed on the left side of my store. If you click on the main All Snappies Styles link, you will see a drop down menu that lists all colors available to make shopping to match your clothing much easier. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: I try very hard to accommodate my international clients and shipping options are available to most countries. |
 | Q: How soon do I have to pay? |
 |
 | A: Payment is due within FIVE days of the close of auction. Please keep this in mind when bidding. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: I'm always willing to combine shipping on my items. For multiple Snappies purchases, I charge an additional $1.50 per set ordered. For other items, please e-mail for a combined shipping quote. |
 | Q: Do you accept returns? |

 | A: As long as the item is returned within three days of receipt in the same condition as sent, I do accept returns. |
 | Q: What happens if the item is damaged upon receipt? |

 | A: If the item was damaged in shipment, I will repair/replace for free. I will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product or allowing the magnets to snap together including broken crystals, damaged settings, and lost stones as a result of trauma. If stones are lost and the setting is intact, I will try to repair it for you. |
 | Q: How quickly do you ship? |

 | A: I try to ship out the very next day, but my policy is to ship within three business days. If I'm out of town, it may take a little longer, but I'll be sure to notify you first. Please keep in mind that I make each individual set of Snappies so they take time to dry and set before they're ready for shipment. |
