| A:Not a problem to keep shopping and pay for all items together once you are ready. In this case, please contact us via eBay message so that we can note your order that you are still shopping. We usually request payment within 7 days, at the end of the 7th day, a payment reminder will be sent if no contact is made by you. |

| A:For all of our garments and silks we recommend to machine wash on a gentle/hand wash cycle with a delicate soap. Then hang to dry. This should maintain the garment nicely and have been successful with all of our items using this method of care. Alternatively, any item can be dry cleaned if you prefer. |
| Q:PRODUCT ~ I have ordered a Thai Silk Shirt, but I received one size larger than ordered? |

| A:For our Men's Thai Silk Shirts, the label inside the garment will be for one size larger than the size you have ordered. For example, if you have ordered a Western size L, the garments' label inside the collar should read size XL. This is because Thai sizes run much smaller than Western sizes.Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns. |
