Q:I Paid by Paypal e-Check, why is my order delayed?
A:If you paid by e-Check, PayPal withdrew the money from your account and sent your payment to us in the form of a pending e-Check. e-Checks through PayPal can take up to 4 business days to clear. We may have received your pending e-Check; however, the funds (the actual payment) are not received until the pending e-Check has cleared in our account(just like a regular check). Once your e-Check has cleared, your item will ship out on the next business day. Our automated system does not recognize the echeck as a Payment until the funds clear, so we may send automated reminders in the interim. Once the payment clears, you will receive an email indicating the invoice is paid and the order will ship.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we do world wide delivery.
Q:Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on bulk purchases?

Q:What is your return policy?
A:We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition described in the Product Condition Notes section of the listing, or you may return it for refund or replacement (if available). Please also refer to terms and conditions listed at the bottom of the auction listing. In order for us to process a return, you must report any discrepancy within 7 days of receiving the item. Unauthorized or as-advertised returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
