Due to the new policies that all packages need to be able to trace, thus we need to ship by Registered Air Mail and EMS only. Available tracking website will be provide for customer. Extra Cost will be add in shipping cost. You don't need to pay more. Effective after new year. This policies page is subject to changed within January 2010.

To following the eBay Seller Stardard, we also add payment policies, shipping and handling policies and warantee and return policies to listing item too.
Our general store policies are outlined here: You can pay for your order using Major Credit Cards or PAYPAL Other type of payment, please contact before bidding.

Combine multiple items must inform us within 1 day and must be done within 3 days. Otherwise, item will be shipped before you done the combine process. No exception.

Sales Tax Sales tax will not be calculated at the moment.

Payment is due within 3 days of auction closing, or the item may be removed from your order and sold to someone else.

Our Paypal payment address is siambid <at> trade2thai.com - We ship to confirmed addresses only.
Major Credit Cards are accepted - All orders must be shipped to your authorized credit card billing address or your confirmed Paypal address. We have the right to prove your ownership of the card before we accept the payment and ship item.

For Credit Card payment, we will send you an invoice and payment link in email. The name "SIAMBID" will appear on your Credit Card statement for eBay auction credit card purchases.
Special shipping instruction might be added to item listing which will override below Policies.

• Buyer pays $7.00 flat rate for worldwide shipping & handling cost.
• To combine shipping, please add $2.00 for each additional (Difference type/size/weight of item, please contact us before combine them).
• If elected, $2.00 for Registered Air Mail. The USPS handles Registered Air Mail as "Certified Mail™ with Delivery Confimation". Packages required your signature. If you are not home, they will attempt to ship again at least once then they will leave a postcard for you to take item at nearest post office.
• Some countries that have availability to track item, we will give the tracking and delivery confirmation number if you choose Registered Air Mail or EMS.
• Ships direct from Thailand unless indicated in item listing.
• All items are packed in a stiff box, with the exception of smaller items will be placed in a bubble wrapped padded envelopes.
• An email is sent out to buyers after their item has been shipped.
• On larger and faster orders we suggest sending EMS (Express Mail Service) which take 2 - 3 days. Please inform us to calculate the EMS fee.
• Delivery time: Unless requested to send EMS, we assume Air Mail and Registered Air Mail are quick enough for you. This takes 14 - 20 days, but can come as quickly as 10 days. I cannot responsible for any delay of postal service, but I will make sure you will get the order. Some country takes longer than 4 weeks.

International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These Charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Your purchase is 100% guaranteed on misprinted and wrong delivered item. No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
