GENERAL TERMS:

If you are the winning bidder, you are expected to follow through with the transaction and complete your part of the eBay buyer obligation. Please be sure and ask all questions and make sure you completely understand the specific product being offered and other relevant details before you bid. 

Full payment is requested no more then 7 days from the end of auction.  We utilize eBay's  "Unpaid Item Assistant" so if payment has not been received within 4 days of purchase you will receive an auto-generated "unpaid item reminder" email through ebay.

My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL.
We also have a Paypal MERCHANT account which means that you can also pay for your item with any major Credit Card without having an active Paypal Account.

 Shipping & Handling:

UNITED STATES (Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and others):

 1)   Shipping & Handling Rate:  Please click on the “Shipping and Payments” Tab at the top section of the listing for exact rates for both USPS First Class and Priority Mail Options. This fee covers actual shipping cost PLUS a small "Handling" fee to cover shipping related items such as postal insurance, shipping boxes, packing material, tape, labels, ink etc.

 2)   Combined S&H Discount:  $2.99 per additional item within the U.S. The buyer will have 3 days from the end of the FIRST purchase to add additional items that will qualify for the discount. If purchasing more then 1 item, please wait until ALL of your purchases are completed and then request a combined invoice. You will then be sent an invoice which will be all inclusive of items purchased with the combined shipping rate.

 3)  Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Most orders ship out the day following receipt of your payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a USPS delivery confirmation number when your order is on its way to you.

 4)  Tracking Information:   If the post office scans the item you will be able to track the item along the way. Unfortunately most times they do not scan them in so the USPS tracking system will only show when the label was generated and when the item was delivered.  Shipping is typically very fast - please see our feedback comments from other buyers.

5)   Postal Insurance: Insurance is required on all items shipped and is included in the S&H fee stated in the listing.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - All items shipped outside the United States:

 1)  Shipping & Handling Rate:  Please click on the “Shipping and Payments” Tab at the top section of the listing for exact rates for both USPS First Class and Priority Mail Options. This fee covers actual shipping plus a small "Handling" fee to cover shipping related items such as Postal Insurance, new shipping boxes, packing material, tape, labels etc. All items are shipped in new crush proof boxes and professionally packed.

 2)    Combined S&H Discount:  S&H charged at $8.00 per additional item. The buyer will have 3 days from the end of the FIRST purchase to add additional items that will qualify for the discount. If purchasing more then 1 item, please wait until ALL of your purchases are completed and then request a combined invoice. You will then be sent an invoice which will be all inclusive of items purchased with the combined shipping rate.

 3)    Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders ship out the day following receipt of your payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way to you. Standard First Class International Mail has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. All items are subject to delays by CUSTOMS in your country if they are flagged for inspection.

 4)    Customs Inspection: All items shipped outside the United States will be required to go through customs upon arrival in your country. Most items go right through customs with no delays; however some items will randomly get flagged for inspection. If an item is flagged for inspection by CUSTOMS, delivery time could be delayed by an additional 2 - 3 Weeks. Once again we have no control over this process so please be patient and rest assured that your item was shipped as stated.

5)    Tracking Information:  Tracking information once an item leaves the United States is only guaranteed if you choose and pay for the more expensive USPS PRIORITY Mail Option. If you choose First Class, there will be a USPS number posted to the transaction but it is only for Delivery Confirmation – There is no Tracking. Please do not email asking for tracking information if you choose USPS First Class Mail, there is none! Finally, please read our feedback and rest assured that if there is a problem receiving your item, when the appropriate time comes it will be taken care of.

6)    Postal Insurance: Insurance is required on all items shipped and is included in the S&H fee stated in the listing. All items are shipped in crush proof new boxes and are packaged very well. PLEASE be aware that in order for us to purchase postal insurance we are required to state the exact VALUE of the item (Dollar Amount You Paid) on the Customs Declarations form, therefore you will most likely be required to pay additional duty, tax or customs fees when the item arrives.

 7)    Insurance Claims: Our Insurance carrier requires that we wait a minimum of 6 WEEKS before we can file a claim on International shipments that are lost in the mail. Claims for items Damaged in shipping can be filed immediately. If a claim needs to be filed we will send you a copy of the required affidavit form that will need to be completed, signed and returned to us. Once we receive that back you will receive a full refund of your purchase price plus S&H paid.

Please note that the following conditions MUST be followed in order to return any item for any reason:

The item must be returned unused within 14 days inside a sturdy cardboard box in the same condition as you received it including the factory box, all inserts and tags attached, carrying case, paperwork, cleaning cloth, etc.

BE SURE to include a note with the original transaction number, your user ID and the date of purchase to expedite the process. If you don't include this information with your return / exchange the item will be delayed until you contact us.

Damaged in Shipping or Factory Defects:

All Products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic as represented in our listings. Should your item happen to be damaged in shipping, received defective, or if you received the wrong item we will be glad to assist in the replacement of the item as long as we are notified of the problem within 3 days of you receiving it. Additionally, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it. A replacement item will be shipped out and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping amount via pay-pal just as soon as we receive the item back and we are able to verify the problem. If a replacement item is not available, a full refund of your payment will be issued. 

General Return or Exchange:

Should you receive an item that simply does not meet your needs you can return it as well. The following terms will apply:

  • The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on returns/exchanges.
  • Shipping, handling and insurance paid is NOT refundable.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise without an exchange.
  • We will waive the 10% restrocking fee if you have purchased another item as an "exchange" for the one you are returning for a refund.
